The entire world feels global Hip Hop icon, Kanye West has practically lost the plot and his utterances in recent times have been less than impressive.
One act who has now joined the conversation is SA Hip Hop titan, AKA. The SupaMega recently took to social media platform, Twitter to reveal his heartbreak at Kanye’s state of affairs.
“Kanye is breaking my heart man … ? … i beeen tryna understand the homie but it’s too much now. At least if the music was fire it would be fine … but it hurts to even think that he might be washed.”the “Touch My Blood” mastermind Tweeted.
AKA then went on to compare Kanye West to Manchester United coach, Jose Mourinho who is having to endure the worst start of the season for the Red Devils in recent history.
“I don’t know what hurts more, Kanye being washed or Mourinho being so washed that Kanye could probably do a better job than he’s doing right now. Difficult times. ?”
On Saturday, the Atlanta, Georgia-born rapper as a guest on American television comedy show, Saturday Night Live, went on a pro-trump rant; even spotting the ‘Make American Great Again (MAGA)’ hat.
Amidst a deafening roars of boos, the determined Kanye went on a political rant about race relations and even slammed Democrats in the process.
“I wanna cry right now, black man in America, supposed to keep what you’re feelin’ inside right now…” West says with a melody playing in the background.
However, it is not the first time Kanye Omari West has publicly showed his support to the American President who many have slammed for his racist views.
The blacks want always Democrats…you know it’s like the plan they did, to take the fathers out the home and put them on welfare… does anybody know about that? That’s a Democratic plan.” Kanye said incoherently.
Not done, Kanye who has been previously slammed for his ‘slavery was a choice‘ comments again proved he wasn’t in tune with the everyday reality of Black America.
“There’s so many times I talk to a white person and [they] say, ‘How could you like Trump, he’s racist?’ Well, if I was concerned about racism I would’ve moved out of America a long time ago.” he said in another clip.
Having revealed his intention to travel to Africa to connect with his roots, we can only hope Kanye West comes out from his current state and get his acts back in order.
